At Elovelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Elovelle account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened and protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
